Rob and Ryan were the best installers. They knew their work and shared their knowledge with us as they installed the indoor unit and the outdoor unit. Duncan, the electrician, installed new electric for the unit and did a very neat job - no hanging wires anywhere. We are only in day 2 after installation and we are very happy with our decision to have it installed. The unit is very quiet, almost undetectable.
