Duties and Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time daily
  • Follow instructions from supervisor and/or dispatcher and carry out in a timely manner
  • On call status for emergency service as required
  • Communicate with customers
  • Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • Complete all service-related forms properly

Qualifications

  • Professional appearance
  • Experience in all facets of water restoration construction
    • 3 years experience (or equivalent skills)
    • IICRC Certification
  • Reliable & Punctual, arrive on time daily
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Follow instructions from supervisor and/or dispatcher and carry out in a timely manner
  • Responsible, dependable, honest, and trustworthy
  • Valid driver’s license
  • On call status for emergency service as required
  • Communicate with customers
  • Complete all service-related forms properly
  • Knowledge of all materials needed
  • Knowledge of and ability to safely use all tools required

Physical Demands & Environment

  • Prolonged periods standing, climbing ladders, kneeling, reaching, and bending
  • Must be capable of lifting around 50 pounds at a time in order to lift and move materials / equipment
